We Set the Table

Before anything hits the grill, we bring out the banchan: kimchi, steamed egg, cheese corn, bean sprouts, pickled radish, and more. Plus lettuce wraps, dipping sauces, rice, and miso soup. All included, all unlimited refills.

Grill at Your Table

Your tabletop grill is the centerpiece. Lay your meats on the grate and watch them sizzle. Flip when the edges start to brown. Don't worry if you're not sure what you're doing. Our team will walk you through it.

Wrap, Dip, Enjoy

Take a lettuce leaf. Add a piece of meat, a bit of rice, a dab of ssamjang, maybe some kimchi or garlic. Wrap it up and eat it in one bite. That's the ssam, and it's the perfect combination of flavors.

Pro Tips

01

First-timers: start with our LA Beef Short Ribs. They're our signature for a reason.

02

Thin cuts like bulgogi cook fast (30-60 seconds per side). Thicker cuts like galbi need a couple minutes.

03

Don't fill up on rice first. Save room for the meats.

04

The combination of hot grilled meat, cool lettuce, and tangy ssamjang is what makes Korean BBQ addictive.

05

Ask your server to grill for you if you'd like help. We're happy to do it.
